Princesses
We celebrated Christmas in January. Aliyah was so excited to open up the presents for the "Turner Grandkids". Mom got them a trunk of dress up clothes, a disney tea set, and a cash register.

Elyse sat behind Morgan putting her hair into a ponytail for about twenty minutes. Morgan didn't complain once. Either Elyse was very gentle or Morgan is one tough cookie. Elyse also plays hairdresser with her sister. They get out a comb and a cup of water and pretend to color each others hair. Elyse said that she colored Aliyah's hair blue the other day.
Don't tell Shayne we were dressing his boys up in princess clothes. Taylor ditched his outfit when the cameras came out. He's no dummy. Parker, however was happy to pose for a photo. He was reminding us of his Uncle Joel. They had a lot of fun dressing up together.
Aliyah started soccer practice this Monday. She was so excited. She said "Mom, what if I don't make a goal?" She got excited about playing soccer after watching a soccer episode of Dora. She was very timid at first but ended up running up and down the gym towards the end of the evening. She was definately the youngest there. Most of the girls were junior high girls. Next week they split them into two seperate age groups. Soccer is free on Monday nights at Sound Life Church.
We had Sarah Turner my sister-in-law take our Christmas photos this year. I stole this one off of her web site. I have an entire cd full, but cannot access them yet. I can print them at costco though. I need a newer version of iphoto. Soon! We are lucky to have two beautiful girls. Aliyah is now 4, and can't wait to be five. Elyse is 2, and also cannot wait to be 5. When I get iphoto I will post more of the great pictures Sarah took on our flickr account.

My beautiful Grandmother celebrated her birthday with the family. All of her great grandchildren love her. They call her "Grammy". I was lucky to get a picture of her. She usually is stubborn and won't let us take any. We all love her.
Aliyah is wearing Aunt Polly's graduation gown. Addy is wearing the night gown cover and Parker and Payton are just posing for the picture. They are so cute.
The girls were posing for pictures for a short while. Elyse loves to hang out with babies and cousins. It is fun to see Kiana and Aoki when they are able to visit from Raymond. They grow so much in between visits.
At Grammy's Birthday the girls played so well together. It's hard to believe that this is only 5 of the 11(?) great grandaughters that Grammy and Papa have.
