Who needs preschool when you have a creative grandma. The girls often do art projects at Grandma's house and at home. Aliyah is also learning how to read and write. She learns well from her Leap Frog library movies. Yesterday she was writing all kinds of rhyming words: cat, fat, mat and so on. She's so smart. I think she is ready for the kindergarten challenge.

Aliyah got a cute Barbie garending set for her birthday. She is pretty good at helping out. We are still working on getting her to pull up only the weeds. The set came with an apron, gloves, a pad to sit on, a shovel, and a small rake.

Elyse is in the uncooperative stage. If she sees the camera she puts her head down. She looked so cute in Aliyah's gardening gloves. She did not get much gardening done.

Grandma Kerri and Lydia worked hard to create this puppet castle for Aliyah for her birthday. It also came with a backpack full of puppets. How fun!

The girls hunted for eggs at Grandma Kerri and Grandpa Frank's house and found fruit loops inside them. They were so cute.

After the Easter service we went over to Mom and Frank's and had a great time with family. The girls enjoyed playing with Emma and Aliyah celebrated her 5th birthday again.

Grandma Kerri gave the girls cute Easter gloves. They wore them to church on Easter. Elyse's hair was so short after I took it out of the curlers. I had to have them pose for a picture.

The girls had a great time at the Easter Eggstravaganza at Sound Life. I volunteered to paint faces and the girls were my last two subjects. They didn't get many eggs, but Elyse got a prize ticket in one of her eggs. She got a baby doll in a backpack.
